I completed my 2200 hour diploma at MH Vicars school of Remedial Massage in Edmonton / ᐊᒥᐢᑲᐧᒋᐊᐧᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᐣ (Amiskwacîwâskahikan) / Omahkoyis on Treaty Six Territory on June 19, 2013. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training virtually in the summer of 2020 with My Vinyasa Practice. As of January 2022, I've been triple vaccinated against COVID19.

I also hold a B.A. in Drama and Classical Studies (2011) and B.Sc. Specialization in Biochemistry (2017) from the University of Alberta. My massage skills include: Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Manual Myofascial and Adhesion Treatment, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Acupressure and Meridian Massage, Reiki, and Clinical Sports Massage. I have treated numerous clients suffering from Whiplash, Chronic Back or Neck Pain, Headaches, TMJD, Postural Dysfunctions, Overuse Conditions, Stress/Anxiety, and Muscle Spasms/Cramps. In addition to my interest in the human body, I enjoy yoga, mediation, and healthy nutrition, and am a Level III Reiki Practitioner. I am registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapist Association (CMMOTA) and Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA).

Your insurance company may not allow direct billing claims to be processed for the servicing provider. You may have to pay for the full appointment up front and I can direct bill on your behalf. Please ensure that you are familiar with your insurance company's policies and bring a back-up form of payment.
